As a family-owned specialty food company, we hold a fundamental belief: outstanding flavor is born from exceptional care. Gee Gee's personally cultivates many of the peppers featured in our sauces, tending to them from seed to harvest, before meticulously crafting each small batch with recipes inspired by generations of Southern home cooking and the rich pepper traditions of Trinidad and Tobago.
